The design of the ASUS TUF Gaming LC II 360 ARGB uses a solution atypical for AIO circuits with the pump located outside the water block and radiator.
The plastic box of the pump “hangs” on the hoses at a distance of approximately 5 cm from the radiator. Inside it is a motor that reaches speeds of up to 5500 rpm and supports PWM speed control.
Massive three-section AIO liquid cooling system with comprehensive ARGB lighting and a rather unconventional design. Unlike most counterparts, the pump motor is mounted on the tubes, outside the water block — it is essentially a separate unit attached to the hose at a small distance from the radiator. According to the manufacturer's concept, this approach allows for reduced noise and vibrations, decreased pump heating, and makes the main block more compact, simplifying installation in cases with limited internal space.
The model is part of the Asus TUF Gaming 2023 lineup and is positioned by the manufacturer as a more affordable alternative to the flagship Asus ROG Ryujin and ROG Ryuo AIO systems. Asus TUF Gaming LC II 360 ARGB is built with a closed-loop technique: it requires no additional configuration and maintenance, with all components already matched and ready for assembly straight out of the box.
The design features a 360 mm aluminum radiator with a copper base and a water block, combined with the pump through tubes, which are connected using a pair of reinforced tubes for circulating the coolant. The system's active cooling is handled by three CF1225H12S fans with PWM speed control (from 800 to 2000 RPM). The manufacturer's claimed maximum noise level of the entire system under peak load does not exceed 30 dB. The liquid cooling system includes everything necessary: a fan splitter, ARGB cable, and a set of mounts for various motherboards: AMD AM4, AM5, Intel LGA 1150, 1155, 1156, 1200, 1700, 1851.
