Leak protection

— a system that monitors the tightness of the washing machine and prevents massive flooding in the event of a leak. Usually, it applies at least to the body (the system monitors the integrity of the components located inside the washing machine). However, some models can also be equipped with "protected" hoses. Anyway, when a leak is detected, the automation shuts off the water supply. A small amount of liquid may fall on the floor, but this is not comparable to the “flood” that can occur if there is no leak protection.
