API GL-5 / LS

— oils for severe conditions and gears operating under heavy loads — primarily hypoid, with a large axle offset. Contains up to 6.5% additives. Many grades are suitable for manual transmissions with synchronizers and/or limited slip differentials (this should be explicitly stated in the oil specifications).
