Wireless and wired

A wired connection, on the one hand, is less convenient, because it requires pulling wires; on the other hand, such sensors are cheaper than wireless ones, and they are powered by a connection cable, which eliminates the need to monitor the condition of batteries / accumulators.

Note that purely wired alarm sets are practically never found nowadays — modern technologies make it possible to create functional and at the same time relatively affordable wireless equipment. So in this case we are talking more about wireless kits with the additional ability to connect wired sensors.
