Cold water pressure boost

— formally, this type of pump does not belong to circulation pumps at all — their work does not imply a constant movement of water along a closed circuit. They, as the name implies, have a different purpose. But they have a lot of similarities in design and connection with regular circulation pumps. Such units can be very useful as auxiliary equipment in case of a low-pressure water supply or insufficient specs of the main pump; just keep in mind that they are usually not designed for temperatures above 60 °C.
