Amplifiers with an external power supply
External power supply
— the presence of an external power supply in the amplifier. This design, on the one hand, makes the case of the amplifier itself more compact, on the other hand, it somewhat complicates the installation (after all, the unit will need to be placed somewhere separately). However, the latter is more than compensated by one serious advantage: the power supply can be installed at a maximum distance from the main amplifier circuits, and reducing the likelihood of interference from it to a minimum. Therefore, many demanding audiophiles consider this arrangement to be optimal.external power supply | clear | Save List |
