Digital display

— display with the ability to display numbers, and sometimes additional characters, most often black and white. This function is relevant only for tools with advanced angle measurement capabilities — goniometers and inclinometers (see "Type"); and for the latter, the presence of a display is mandatory. The display is powered by batteries, which have to be periodically replaced with fresh ones.
