An improved Pro version of the Sony PlayStation 5 gaming console, offering significant improvements over the regular PS5 and PS5 Slim. The console is equipped with an upgraded graphics processor (GPU), which includes 67% more computing units compared to the PlayStation 5 and faster memory. These improvements provide high performance in AAA games of recent years, the requirements of which the regular PS5 often cannot cope with. An additional trump card for increasing performance is the new PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution scaling technology (analogous to DLSS and FST), which uses a frame interpolation system and a built-in upscaler with generation capabilities that, working in tandem, ca more→n increase the average frame rate per second without increasing the load on the processor. The amount of RAM is the same 16 GB GDDR6 as in the original model. The available storage capacity has doubled and now reaches 2048 GB SSD, providing enough space to store a fairly large library of games. In terms of connectivity, the console offers a wide range of options: LAN, Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be), Bluetooth, HDMI, one USB C and two USB 3.2 (one gen1 and two gen2). The console comes with one new-generation DualSense controller, the key feature of which is adaptive triggers and an updated haptic feedback system.
