Karcher HD
The Karcher HD professional series of pressure washers occupies the upper price segment and is designed for daily commercial and industrial use: in construction, agriculture, municipal services, manufacturing, and service departments. These are cold water machines supplied with a commercial warranty for professional operation.
All electric models in the series operate on 220–240 V or 110 V (for construction sites), equipped with brass pump cylinder heads, automatic pressure release when the gun is released, and a large water filter to protect the pump. The EASY! Force gun transfers recoil to the wrist, not the fingers — this significantly reduces fatigue during prolonged work. Besides electric models, the HD series includes gasoline (suffix G) and diesel (suffix De) options. Gasoline machines with Honda or Briggs & Stratton engines are fully autonomous and operate without an electrical network — the optimal choice for remote sites, construction, and agriculture. Diesel models are designed for the most intensive and prolonged use when gasoline is undesirable for economic or safety reasons. Most gasoline and diesel models can draw water from open sources (barrels, tanks, water bodies) through a suction hose, making them completely independent of infrastructure.
The model range can be conditionally divided into 3 classes. The lower tier consists of compact and lightweight machines weighing 24 – 30 kg on two wheels, designed for mobile work: field cleaning, small workshops, and farms. The middle class features machines on four wheels with more powerful three-piston axial pumps for intensive daily use. The power ranges from 3 – 4 kW, pressure from 150 – 180 bar, water flow rate from 570 – 700 l/h. The top models have a pressure of up to 230 bar, a flow rate of up to 900 l/h, power from 5 – 7 kW, and are designed for the toughest tasks: removing long-standing deposits, industrial cleaning of structures, facades, and equipment.
