Unlike other Chieftec computer cases, which profess a similar ideology, Mesh models usually have a front panel made of mesh, well-ventilated material, and a massive air intake on the side panel. In some cases, a 300 to 400 W power supply is already installed inside the case. In most cases, these are Mini Tower cases in which the manufacturer sought to simplify the assembly process as much as possible. At the same time, in the most affordable models, the manufacturer saved on case fans, so you will have to purchase at least one fan yourself.

As for the internal layout, everything often depends on the year of manufacture. For example, cases from ten years ago are designed for assemblies of that time with a pair of case fans, a pack of 3.5-inch drives and a not very high cooler for cooling the GPU. And the maximum length of the video card can be limited to 25 cm. Newer models have fewer expansion slots, but it is now possible to install large tower coolers and damn large and powerful video cards of the GeForce RTX 3080 and Radeon RX 7900 level.

Sometimes in the Mesh series there are not quite typical cases that stand out from the general series. In the summer of 2021, the Taiwanese manufacturer presented a compact and well-designed cubic case CI-02B-OP, which, despite its dimensions, can easily fit inside a tall processor tower and a long video card of the GeForce RTX 4080 level. And a year later, a stylish, modern and perfectly designed gaming case GA-01B-M-OP with three pre-installed fans, lower deck for power supply and accent lighting.
