When we car camp and need more space we rig up the Kelty Waypoint Screeenhouse Tarp. This tarp attaches to just about any car to set up a large vestibule or cooking space outside of your cozy and dry adventure rig.

On the outside, the waterproof fabric and rain fly keep us dry in damp or soggy weather with three doors for easy entry and exit and a tent-wide window for ventilation and outdoor views. Inside, a removable mesh divider gives us the option of dividing the tent into two rooms while the ginormous vestibule adds an optional lounge area or storage for chairs, a table, bikes, the cooler, the dog, whatever. Are you looking for a canopy for a little daytime shade and shelter? The Snow Peak Toya 2 Tent is a canopy-style tent that's made for days at the beach, picnics in the park, or a little backyard peace and quiet. The water-resistant groundsheet gives us a dry place to sit or lie down while the canopy sheet keeps the sun off us as we're napping, reading, or keeping half an eye on the kids. Although it shares flare with Snow Peak tents, the Toya 2 is not made for overnight camping or shelter form inclement weather.
