The modern home printer has evolved from a bulky plastic box into a decorative element. The HP ENVY series embodies this transition: there are no sharp edges or protruding trays, and the minimalist white design looks equally suitable on a desk or a living room dresser. Despite its outward simplicity, it offers serious color work, including borderless printing and the use of special cartridges for photo printing with natural color reproduction.

The HP ENVY lineup is clearly divided according to functionality, although the devices look very similar. The entry-level ENVY 6000 models act as an affordable and reliable assistant for the family while often supporting features like automatic duplex printing, saving paper without extra hassle. If you need to frequently scan batches of documents and print educational materials, then the ENVY 6400 (formerly Envy Pro) subseries MFPs with a sleek auto-feeder module on the top lid, which feeds up to 35 sheets automatically, are more suitable.

All devices support a wide range of wireless technologies, including Wi-Fi, mobile printing, Apple AirPrint, and cloud services like HP ePrint. Control has been almost entirely moved to a digital environment through the HP Smart app, eliminating the need to navigate confusing menus on the device's small screen. The app even allows you to scan documents using your smartphone camera, automatically clean the background, and immediately send them to print.
