This feature cannot be called a disadvantage: in many cases, a grill, barbecue, etc. simply does not require mobility. And since stationary models have no special restrictions on weight and dimensions, they can provide various advanced features and functions: thick, reliable firebox walls; large brazier with a spacious work surface; large food stands; additional fireboxes and chambers (for example, a smokehouse or an oven for a cauldron), etc. The unequivocal disadvantages of such devices include a rather high cost (which is typical even for the simplest models — due to the amount of material that is simply spent on stationary products more than most folding or collapsible).
