The differences are in the form: in the pipe wrenches, the jaws are arranged perpendicularly or at an angle to the handle. In addition, such wrenches are designed in such a way that when the jaws are turned, they additionally compress the fastener. This ensures a high retention density and minimizes the risk of edge stripping.
