Slicer

— device for cutting cheeses, sausages, ham and other similar products into thin slices. The slicer is based on a flat work surface and a rotating knife that protrudes slightly (by a few millimetres) above it. The cut product is pressed against the working surface and fed to a rotating knife, which cuts off a slice of a given thickness. In many models, the thickness of the cut pieces can be adjusted.
