Carrycot

— a traditional carrycot is a basket with elevated sides designed for newborns up to around 8 months, after which a seat unit is typically used. These carrycots are featured in all types of pushchairs, excluding pushchairs and transformers (refer to "Design"), where the former is equipped solely with seat units, and the latter uses convertible carrycots. Soft carrycots represent a specialized variation within the traditional carrycot category.
