— the ability to lock the swivel wheels (see the relevant paragraph) in the “straight” position — turning them into ordinary, non-swivel ones. This feature is useful, in particular, on uneven roads - wheel locking improves driving ability. And once on level ground, the wheel locks can be easily deactivated.
