Pushchair

— pushchairs that provide for a sitting position for the child; the seat of such a stroller (together with the footrest, canopy, etc.) is called a seat unit.

It makes sense to use such models from the age of about 6 — 8 months, when the child is already able to sit independently. From a pushchair, the kid can look at the surrounding world without interference; to prevent the curious passenger from falling out of the seat, the design includes harnesses and protective bumpers, and canopies, raincoats and leg covers are used for protection from the bad weather. Note that there are very light models — weighing up to 5 kg.
