Soldering torch

— burners in this case are called two types of tools. The first is gas burners: devices in which the source of heating is a gas flame. The simplest of these devices are used only for heating and soldering (see "Purpose"), however, there are also models equipped with mechanisms for supplying filler material and intended for welding (in fact, gas welding is carried out exclusively by burners). The second type of torches are tools for electric welding using shielding gas (see "Cutting and welding"). Strictly speaking, they are not torches in the traditional sense of the word — rather, we are talking about holders for welding electrodes, supplemented by a shielding gas supply system.
