Advanced case for a powerful computer with increased power. This is a roomy modular platform that can be used as a traditional tower or outdoor stand. The chassis supports ATX and E-ATX motherboards. In this case, it will be possible to mount three powerful 360 mm water cooling radiators at the same time, as well as two more heat exchangers of 120 and 240 mm. There is also a place for a pump with a reservoir.
The frame with slots for PCI-E expansion cards can be fixed both in a horizontal position and vertically. Thermaltake Core P6 Tempered Glass is a transformative case that can be either closed or open for maximum visibility and ventilation. Transparent glass panels have an increased thickness of 4 millimetres. And taking into account a strong steel frame, the body weighs almost 18 kilograms. Thanks to this, the vibration of hard drives will be 100% dampened.
Air and water
The case is compatible with large 280 and 360 mm water cooling systems (but not the maximum 420 mm) and 18 cm high tower coolers. Video cards fit from 30 to 46 cm in length, depending on the cooling system used (air, factory or custom drops ). The kit comes with a stand to support the graphics card.
Vertical mounting
Moreover, the graphics accelerator and support stand can be installed both horizontally and vertically. In the second case, however, you will have to separately purchase a cable-raiser. Fortunately, Thermaltake has a TT Premium riser with support for the ultra-fast PCI-E 4.0 bus. Whereas most other brands still offer only twice as slow PCI-E 3.0 cables.
Not the slightest speck of dust
Even with the open design, the Core P6 Tempered Glass has a very neat interior. This is achieved thanks to the power supply shroud and free space behind the motherboard tray for hidden cable management. A fine dust filter can be installed on top. There are four body colours to choose from: white, black, blue and green.
