The Sea Sonic Focus SGX SSR-650SGX power supply is based on a high-tech hardware platform based on a resonant LLC converter with a synchronous rectifier and DC-DC converters. This guarantees extremely high voltage stability of all lines and an impressive efficiency of 90% over a wide load range (from 20 to 100%). The use of reliable Japanese capacitors of high temperature series in the output filters ensures a minimum level of ripple. For cooling, a low-noise 120 mm fan with a durable bearing is used. Seasonic FOCUS SGX is an SFX-L power supply with hybrid, that is, semi-passive cooling. Up to 30% of the load on the PSU, the fan does not rotate at all.
