Now I installed a new one again under warranty, but again I started having problems with the brakes and heating. Thin It makes noise and gets hot. How can they even put this in gaming laptops? :( I bought a laptop that already had this drive, and it's just awful. For a laptop priced at 55k, putting such garbage at 9k when you can find something better and cheaper is outrageous. After a year and a half of use, it started randomly shutting down, and only a system reboot helped (though it still shut down again after a while). Ultimately, it was discovered that it began failing with bad clusters, and the decision was made not to repair this junk but to buy a new one, just to be safe. I will never deal with Seagate again!
