The best solution for a hardgainer. Buy you won't regret it.

When I first started going to the gym, I immediately began searching for some sort of "magic pill" — "I'll drink this and build muscle." I watched tons of videos with advice for skinny people and those who have trouble gaining muscle mass. Many recommended getting a gainer at the beginning. You can't overdo it with carbs (there's no fat anyway), plus protein for muscle growth. I decided to buy this product from the most promoted and popular brand.

I got a 5-kilogram bag — it lasts for half a month. The measuring scoop, as always, is somewhere at the bottom, in the powder. One serving is enormous — 334 grams! I had trouble eating regular food, and here comes this overly sweet, rich, filling shake. It was basically a full meal for me. After drinking it a couple of times, I started splitting it into two portions. I drank one in the morning instead of breakfast, and the other after a workout.

In terms of taste, it's like a milkshake (chocolate) from McDonald's. Very tasty (half a scoop per 300 ml of milk). Nutritious, a good addition to the diet, but again — it's for ectomorphs to drink. The composition is a classic gainer with a tilt towards carbs. A full serving gives 50 grams of protein. That's not bad if you struggle to get enough with regular food. A pleasant addition is the vitamin and mineral complex. It's really comprehensive, no need to take additional supplements.

There's also creatine in it, 1 gram — not much, but it helps a little. Vitamins plus creatine, as my friend would say, "give a boost." The slightly higher norm of B vitamins provides a burst of energy, and creatine adds a couple of reps to your set.

wonderful model, really honored

Initially, I took it as per the instructions, but it's a bit challenging for me both going in and coming out, if you know what I mean. I took half a portion and divided it into two. Consumed it in the morning and in the evening.

Lasted for a month.
I gained 1 kg, which is of course a bit low... Maybe I need to purchase enough for at least 3 months, but that's not a small expense. I'll update here if I decide to proceed.
For those who are thin, those who don't have the time or desire to eat a lot. Tastes okay, almost like cocoa.

Super gainer for pimples

I’ve tried different gainers, both expensive and not expensive, this one is really the coolest. Do not forget that this is an addition to the main diet, and not a replacement for it (I took half a dose after training and it was enough)
