After using the Samsung Galaxy S8 for a year and a half, I decided I had enough of the sluggish Samsung interface and a battery that doesn't even last a day. As a result, I am very satisfied with the change. The camera quality is not inferior when shooting with sufficient lighting, and the battery lasts at least 2 days. The screen is a bit worse, but not significantly. As for the interface and performance, it outperforms any Samsung. The toggle for call modes is also great, and it charges faster than Samsung. When using it with Samsung Gear Icon X, the connection constantly dropped, and I always thought the problem was with the headphones, but it turned out to be the phone. I bought this device on AliExpress last August. I've been using it since September. The smartphone is a rocket. No glitches or slowdowns. In 4 months, only 4 reboots: three during firmware updates and one during DrimSIM setup. In all that time, only one app crashed, and that was probably due to the developers of that app. The device handles all existing mobile games on ultra graphics, even the most demanding ones. LTE and 3G worked with all carriers, even though I have the version for India and China. It came with Chinese HydrogenOS firmware and easily flashed to global OxygenOS even with the stock bootloader. I really liked the included case, which rises above the screen at the corners, providing protection from scratches (though there is already one fairly deep scratch on the screen). The Dash Charge charger allows the device to charge to 100% in 1 hour and 10 minutes, and 63% in 30 minutes. Even with the stock app, the camera takes good shots with great detail, contrast, and color reproduction. With the Google Camera app, the shots became magnificent. The stock camera app's post-processing lags even after updating to Android 9 with OxygenOS 9.0.2. A major downside is the battery. By 3-6 PM (depending on usage intensity), it already needs to be charged. But Dash Charge helps quickly recharge the phone. Alternatively, you can carry a portable charger.
