The proverb “small but bold” perfectly describes the updated generation of the “troika” under the sign of the Nokia brand. In a compact body of the device with dimensions of 146.3x68.7x8.7 mm, it was possible to pack a 5.2-inch display with 18:9 proportions, created on the basis of an HD+ IPS-matrix (1440x720 pixels). The electronic hardware of the Nokia 3.1 Dual Sim is not a performance record holder, but in everyday use scenarios, the 8-core MediaTek MT6750 chip in conjunction with 2 or 3 GB of RAM shows itself quite worthy.
Blame it on a clean version of the Android Oreo operating system, under which the gadget works in the sweat of its brow without lags and slowdowns. There are two configurations of the device: with a 16 GB drive and with a 32 GB drive. In both versions, the capacity of the internal storage can be expanded by installing a microSD flash drive into the smartphone, since a “seat” has been allocated for it, separated from the two SIM slots. The set of cameras in the arsenal of the model is quite ordinary: 13 MP main camera with f / 2.0 aperture and 8 MP front camera with a similar maximum aperture. The smartphone stays afloat from morning to evening with active use — this is how much the 2990 mAh battery charge is enough. Of the interesting, it is worth noting the NFC chip put into service with the device.
The number "1" after the dot in the name of Nokia 3.1 is confusing — after all, we have the second generation of the "three", addressed to those users who are looking for a compact solution with a sane price tag and a balanced hardware.
