High-performance tower-type CPU cooler with oversized U-shaped heat pipes. It is positioned as a product of the middle price category of 2018. Capable of dissipating up to 250 W of heat, designed to cool top-end Mainstream/Performance class processors from Intel/AMD, including overclocking with a moderate increase in supply voltage. It will also handle heat dissipation from Intel HEDT CPUs, including 10-, 12-, 14-, 16- and 18-core Core X i9-109XX/99XX/98XX/97XX models.

The design of the MSI CORE FROZR L processor cooler is based on a system of 4 copper heat pipes with a diameter of 8 mm and a copper (nickel-plated) heat spreader connected to the tubes by soldering. To dissipate heat from an impressive aluminium radiator, a powerful 120 mm fan with a durable hydrodynamic bearing and PWM control (from 500 to 1800 rpm) is installed. Due to the shape of the impeller, at maximum speed the fan is able to provide impressive performance (up to 2 m3/min). One of the important advantages of this cooler is its versatility. It installs without problems on motherboards with Intel LGA 2066/2011/2011-v3/1366/115X/775 and AMD AM4/AM3(+)/AM2(+)/FM2/FM1 processor sockets.
