Lenovo's 2023 ThinkBook 16 G6 IRL family includes mid-budget fashion laptops with a 16-inch screen. Representatives of the line include a protected case made of plastic and aluminium, the strength of which is confirmed by compliance with the military standard MIL-STD-810, as well as a keyboard with moisture protection. The models can be used for work and study, including video conferencing, business correspondence, surfing the Internet, as well as for various multimedia entertainment.

Characteristic features of Lenovo ThinkBook 16 G6 IRL laptops include increased attention to the security and privacy of user data, which is emphasized by both the presence of a webcam curtain and FaceID with a fingerprint scanner, which is combined with the power button. The laptops received a 16-inch display with a resolution of 1920 by 1200 pixels, a standard 60 Hz frequency and a TÜV Rheinland certificate, which is an additional guarantee of harmlessness to vision (flicker-free backlight, blue light filtering).

The hardware is represented by 13th generation Intel processors (Raptor Lake), and depending on the specific configuration, this can be either a 6-core Core i3 or a Core i7 with 14 cores. The performance engine is helped by 8 to 32 GB of RAM with an option to increase it to 64 GB. The built-in Iris Xe Graphics G7 or UHD Graphics card is responsible for graphics processing, and an M.2 SSD solid-state drive with a capacity of 256 to 1024 GB is provided for data storage. Among other features of the models, it is worth highlighting the ability to connect a docking station, the presence of popular interfaces, including one Thunderbolt v4 port and a gigabit LAN. The rechargeable battery supports fast charging, can be used to power peripherals (Power Delivery) and provides decent battery life: from 14.4 to 17.7 hours depending on the model.
