Lenovo's wired office set includes a sleek membrane keyboard and a simple optical mouse, designed for everyday document work. The keyboard is a compact full-sized 1800 format with all standard keys, including a numeric keypad and F-row, brought together closely, without the usual spaces between blocks. This design makes the body shorter than a usual full-sized model, taking up less desk space and leaving more room for the mouse.

The Lenovo 300 USB Combo's body is just 20mm thick, comparable to a laptop keyboard, and its 580g weight makes it easy to transport if necessary. The island-style keys have low travel — the spaces between the key caps make cleaning dust easier and reduce the chance of accidental double-presses of neighboring keys. The membrane mechanism provides quiet and soft pressing without a pronounced tactile bump — a common choice for office scenarios.

Volume control and other multimedia functions are accessed via the Fn layer, with no dedicated buttons. Both devices connect through separate USB-A cables, with the main cable being 1.8 meters long. The included mouse has a standard two-button layout with a scroll wheel and a 1600 DPI sensor — this resolution is sufficient for comfortable work with office applications and internet browsing. The mouse dimensions are 111x62x34mm, and weighing only 70g, it suits different hand sizes and reduces fatigue during long computer sessions.
