M.2 SSD drive is a mid-range drive equipped with a Maxio MAP1602A-F3C controller (PCI-E 4.0 interface) and a graphene heatsink. The model is aimed at users who want to get high data transfer rates for everyday and professional tasks, including working with multimedia content, games and resource-intensive applications. GOODRAM PX700 supports the PCI-E 4.0 interface and the NVMe 1.4 protocol, which provide more efficient interaction with the system compared to SATA and PCI-E 3.0 drives.
The M.2 2280 form factor makes the drive compatible with most modern motherboards, and the PCIe 4.0 bus provides backward compatibility with PCI-E 3.0, allowing you to use PX700 in previous-generation systems. The Maxio MAP1602A-F3C controller in combination with multilayer 3D TLC NAND flash memory provides the optimal balance of performance, reliability and power efficiency.
The declared read speeds reach 7400 MB/s, and write speeds up to 6500 MB/s, thanks to which the PX700 can significantly reduce the boot time of the operating system, applications and large work projects related to the processing of audio and video materials, 3D modeling, etc. Additionally, the drive is equipped with a graphene radiator, which promotes effective heat dissipation, preventing overheating under prolonged high loads. This is especially important for stable operation in systems with limited air cooling. Support for S.M.A.R.T., TRIM and LDPC error coding functions helps maintain the stability of the device, extending its service life. In addition to the version with a memory reserve of 1 TB, the series also includes modifications for 2 TB and 4 TB.
