In terms of technical characteristics, Fairphone 4 256GB belongs to the strong mid-range segment. The model is equipped with a 6.3-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 2340x1080 pixels and a standard refresh rate of 60 Hz. The silicon “heart” of the device is the fast eight-core Snapdragon 750G chipset, supported by 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB internal storage. The rear camera of the smartphone consists of two 48 MP image sensors (leading with optical stabilization and ultra-wide).

Selfie shots are the prerogative of the 25 MP front camera with a lens in the teardrop-shaped “pattern” of the screen. The gadget's 3905 mAh battery charges from zero to 50% in about half an hour. The smartphone also has an NFC chip and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. And the most remarkable thing is that despite the modular design, the model managed to implement IP54 moisture protection and shock protection in accordance with the requirements of the American military standard MIL-STD-810G.
