The representative of Dell's Series S family is a 31.5-inch 4K monitor in the high-end segment. It is designed for multimedia entertainment, equipped with a built-in soundbar — a speaker system with five drivers totaling 25 W and support for surround sound based on AI algorithms. The model is also suitable for use with a Macbook and Apple PCs, as the manufacturer has tested it for compatibility with macOS devices and it features a USB-C port (DisplayPort Alt Mode).
The Dell Plus S3225QC monitor is based on a 10-bit QD-OLED matrix with a resolution of 3840x2160 pixels and a 120 Hz refresh rate. Users can expect excellent picture contrast, outstanding color gamut with 99% DCI-P3 coverage, and quite high brightness for HDR content display (compliant with DisplayHDR True Black 400 standard, and includes Dolby Vision support). The model can be used for watching movies and TV series, work, and at least casual gaming, as it boasts a fast response time (0.03 ms) and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro function. Also noteworthy is the ergonomic stand, which allows for height adjustment (range of 11 cm) and tilting left or right by 30 degrees. Mention must be made of the abundance of interfaces, including a USB-C hub (with one retractable port), and the aforementioned Type C for video signal transmission supports Power Delivery up to 90 W.
