Big Green Egg Large

Ceramic premium-class grill shaped like a large green egg — hence the model name. The main feature of the model is the thick-walled ceramic chamber, ensuring the most efficient heat retention. The grill can cook at high temperatures (up to 700 °C) as well as at lower ones (about 100 – 120 °C, suitable for long meat smoking). Charcoal is used as fuel for the grill. The Big Green Egg Large comes with a large 46 cm diameter grate—enabling simultaneous cooking up to 8 steaks, 12 burgers, or 2 large chickens.

The grill caters to hearty feasts for gatherings of 8 – 10 people. A thermometer for precise temperature control is built into the model's lid, and there is an integrated ash cleaning system at the bottom. The ceramic construction of the model provides resistance to any weather conditions and serves for decades. However, the grill is quite hefty, weighing around 73 kg, making it suitable for stationary placement.
