Be quiet! Pure Wings 3 140 PWM leave a very pleasant impression, especially for their budget segment. These fans are not trying to be "flagships," but they do their job better than expected. The design is neat, and the branded blade shape is recognizable and works as it should: they move air efficiently without extra noise. I also used Pure Wings 2. I preferred the case design of the second generation more, but the performance of the third generation isn't any worse. Let's just say, it's a logical update and facelift of a successful model. In operation, the fans are quite quiet even at moderately high speeds, and this is probably their main advantage. The airflow is decent, with no harsh sounds or vibrations. It feels like the manufacturer doesn't skimp on quality even in the more affordable series. Maximum speed is 1800 RPM. The wires are really long— a big plus in my opinion, as I connected them to a hub located at the back of my case with plenty of slack. In conclusion, Pure Wings 3 140 PWM are a great choice for a quiet PC or a build that requires good performance without extra expenses. They work stably, don't make noise, and uphold the brand's reputation. I can confidently recommend them to anyone looking for good 140mm fans. Price, quality, brand, airflow. Previously, there were Pure Wings 2 without PWM, and the main reason for the upgrade was the fan speed control. Now the fans don't constantly spin at the same speed; they adjust based on the situation — the system is quiet at rest, and cooling is appropriate under load.
Despite being a budget series, they are well-made: good materials, signature blades, no vibrations or extraneous noises. The cable is long, which makes cable management easier, even in a large case.
In conclusion — a good choice for those who want effective and quiet case cooling without RGB and unnecessary marketing, for quite reasonable money.
