I moved into a new PC case and decided to purchase 3 fans. Article P12 PWM PST (ACFAN00132A). 0.08A. Having secured 3 pieces in front for blowing, I heard an unpleasant hum reminiscent of a trolleybus approaching a stop. I tested it in Aida 64 and at speeds of 725-750 and 1130-1150, a parasitic wave-like hum appears, regardless of removing the dust filter from the front. And in other ranges there is no hum and they operate quietly, but after 1240 rpm noise appears from the air flow of the blades. I replaced the bolts and fan fasteners with silicone ones, and it became as quiet as possible. I played in the smart fan BIOS, spent about 6 hours setting up the fans, and then tested it in games, tried installing Silent, but to no avail. As a result, in the BIOS I set it to 375 rpm when idle, and for games I set a curved line of 42%, which is about 1120 rpm, in order to get past the parasitic hum at 725-750 rpm. There is also Artik on a tower cooler, the price is the same, only there the power supply is not 0.08A, but 0.10A and works flawlessly. And I fell for this misunderstanding that you can connect them into a bunch of 4 pins and put them in 1 slot of the motherboard.
You can connect 4 pins into bundles of several pieces, and then insert 4 pins into 1 socket of the motherboard
