ARCTIC Freezer 36 A-RGB White (ACFRE00125A)

A moderately powerful yet not overly expensive tower cooler from ARCTIC with two active fans and comprehensive ARGB lighting, supporting all popular synchronization systems. The ARCTIC Freezer 36 A-RGB White is a typical tower cooler with an active cooler, a dense radiator, and a set of direct-contact heat pipes. The aluminum radiator with large fins is penetrated by four copper heat pipes, and on the sides, it is ventilated by two P12 PWM PST fans with hydrodynamic bearings and a speed range from 200 to 2000 RPM.

The radiator part is open on the sides, allowing the extracting fan to additionally draw air from the case, enhancing circulation and reducing the overall temperature of components in the VRM and RAM area. The design allows for the replacement of fans with any standard 120 mm models, and the replacement process is simplified by using proprietary latches instead of the more common metal clips.

In terms of compatibility, the cooler supports the current Intel LGA 1700 and 1851 sockets, as well as AMD AM4 and AM5. Additionally, its design and height of 159 mm allow it to be installed in most standard Mid Tower cases. It should also be noted that the cooler is designed to account for potential issues related to CPU deformation due to the construction of the ILM (Independent Loading Mechanism) in Intel processors. According to the manufacturer, the contact surface of the cooler evenly distributes weight and reduces pressure on the CPU lid, decreasing the risks of damaging the die and the soldering beneath it.
