Consists of a silicone binder (18.5% polysiloxane) and an ultrafine mixture of inorganic oxides (81.4% alumina and 0.1% silver oxide). High thermal conductivity and an upper temperature limit of up to 150ºC makes it a good choice for a wide range of general users and overclockers who practice overclocking using air and liquid cooling systems (not suitable for phase change systems).
It has a high electrical resistance (3.8∙1013 Ohm∙cm), does not cause short circuits when it gets on printed circuit boards.
