Affordable OLED Monitor

Despite the growing popularity of OLED panels, they are still quite expensive, and the expression “affordable OLED monitor” sounds like an oxymoron. However, if you still hope to find a quality and affordable OLED, it is worth paying attention to the debut OLED model from AOC with the difficult to pronounce name AGON AG276QZD.

27 inches of impressive quality

The AGON AG276QZD monitor is equipped with a 27-inch OLED panel with a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels and a refresh rate of 240 Hz. The 10-bit matrix used provides accurate color reproduction (99% DCI-P3), incredibly deep black shades, high contrast and peak brightness of up to 1000 cd / m², which is necessary for high-quality HDR display. The response time is only 0.03 ms, which makes this monitor ideal for dynamic shooters and other games. Support for G-Sync and FreeSync helps eliminate tearing and image lag.

USB hub without fast charging

Since we are talking about a premium monitor, the manufacturer has equipped it with a USB hub for connecting peripherals, picture-by-picture (PBP) support, built-in light and presence sensors, and pretty good stereo speakers with a power of 5 W each. Unfortunately, the ports do not support USB-C and charging, which is a drawback for creatives. Of the interesting features, we can note the decorative module of customizable Light FX RG backlighting, which is hidden on the back of the monitor. The picture is completed by a removable stand that adjusts the height, tilt and rotation angle of the screen, and also allows you to move the monitor to a portrait position.
