The range of immersion blenders by Braun consists of expensive, advanced models that surpass previous lines in both power and technological features. The series is aimed at those who prepare complex dishes with hard and fibrous ingredients — nuts, ginger, tough vegetables — and want the most intuitive control without breaking away from the process.

The key feature is the Easy SmartSpeed technology. Instead of a rotating speed wheel or standard buttons, there is one button that responds to pressure: the harder you press, the more power. Light pressure offers rough chopping, while strong pressure provides fine pureeing. Switching occurs without stopping, with one hand, right during operation. Another advantage is the ActiveBlade technology, though it is not present in all models. This is a fundamentally different foot design: a flexible shaft moves the blade up and down during rotation, providing 2.5 times the active cutting surface and allows handling even the toughest ingredients without stopping. These particular models are recommended for working with nuts, ginger, hard root vegetables, and frozen products.

Otherwise, the blenders have a high power of 1000 watts, allowing them to quickly process food to a homogeneous consistency. The foot is made of durable, long-lasting metal. And a special dome-shaped design of the submerged part, SplashControl, prevents splashing. The package depends on the model: there are minimal sets with one blender foot and expanded ones with additional attachments — from choppers to food processors with discs for slicing and shredding.
