Cocktail mixers

 

— a variation of the stand mixers described above, used for making milkshakes and other similar cocktails. The main purpose of such a device is to whip foam, most often from milk and dairy products. The bowl in such models is traditionally made of metal - this, among other things, allows you to safely prepare cocktails with the addition of crushed ice; and the mixers themselves have a characteristic design, with a high support leg and a glass holder.
