Built-in memory

— the presence of a built-in drive in the audio receiver. Most often it is a classic hard drive (HDD), capacious and relatively inexpensive; such storage is used mainly for music files that can be played directly from the built-in memory. In some models, the HDD is supplemented by a solid-state SSD module; such memory is faster, more reliable, but also more expensive, it has a smaller volume and is usually used as a cache when playing from the Internet. Receivers only with SSD are practically not produced.
