Audio receivers with composite video output
— analogue video output. Unlike other types of technology, where the composite interface also provides sound transmission and uses three connectors, in audio receivers, this term means only one jack designed to work with an image. The sound that accompanies the video is output to the regular speakers of the receiver through the main outputs. The advantage of this standard is its prevalence (including in frankly outdated video equipment), the disadvantage is the inability to work with HD due to low bandwidth. Composite output is usually combined with a similar input (see the relevant paragraph).
