— the backlight allows you to use the display in low light conditions — up to complete darkness; on the other hand, its operation additionally consumes battery power. In most modern heart rate monitors and pedometers, the backlight turns on for a short time, usually when a button is pressed; however, there are displays that, by definition, glow constantly (in particular, OLED matrices) — this function is also indicated for them.| display backlight | clear | Save List |
