Distance traveled

Although both methods have their drawbacks, following usage guidelines typically results in negligible measurement errors. Notably, pedometer data is effective on a treadmill, whereas GPS is ineffective in such scenarios since, from the satellite system's perspective, the athlete remains stationary.
