Single lever tap shower systems
Single lever (joystick)
— a variant popularly known as the "ball valve". With the help of one lever in such mixers, both temperature and pressure are adjusted: in the classic form, turning left and right is usually responsible for the ratio of hot and cold water, and moving up and down for pressure. In shower systems, the regulator is often installed “sideways”, on the end of the mixer, but this does not affect the general principle of adjustment — only the planes in which the lever moves change. The main advantage of joysticks is the ability to regulate temperature and pressure independently of each other, and the disadvantage is somewhat less accuracy than classic valves.single lever (joystick) | clear | Save List |
