Wall lights
Wall
— installation on the wall is popular among lamps and spots, for sconces this placement option is generally standard, but in chandeliers (see "Type"), on the contrary, it does not occur in principle. One of the advantages of wall placement is that, usually, you can choose the installation location at your discretion, while when placing on the ceiling, everything often depends on the place where the “glass” with wires and a hook for suspension was provided during construction. In addition, wall lamps are often installed at a low height, which also gives its advantages: the required place can be illuminated with a relatively dim lamp, and the body of the device is in direct reach of the user. The latter is especially convenient if the switch is placed directly on the body, and it can come in handy when replacing a light bulb. On the other hand, a wall-mounted light source effectively illuminates only part of the room; and even if its power is enough for the whole room, the lighting is uneven. However, in some cases this moment is compensated by the installation of lamps on opposite walls. No offers found
