— a variety of pliers with elongated and tapered jaws. Such tools are not as versatile as pliers, and are inferior to them in terms of working effort; on the other hand, long-nose pliers are much more convenient for delicate work — in particular, such a tool is widely used in electrical engineering, in metalworking small parts, and even in jewelry. And some models have additional equipment and, in fact, are already a special kind of pliers (see the relevant paragraph); at the same time, for different sellers, such models may belong to different categories — both pliers and long-nose pliers.
