Taps with multiple hand shower modes
≥ 2 hand shower modes
— taps in which the complete hand shower head has several operating modes (2 or more).For more information about the shower itself, see "hand shower (shower head)". Here we note that the standard, traditional mode of operation for such a watering can is "rain" — a lot of thin streams. However, in addition to this, the design may provide other formats of work. The specific number and set of such formats should be specified separately, however, anyway, their presence significantly expands the functionality of the watering can; the flip side of this is an increase in cost and some decrease in reliability. The latter is due to the fact that switching between modes is usually done by turning the front of the nozzle, where the nozzles are located; and moving parts are inevitably subject to additional wear. However, with proper workmanship and careful handling, the service life of such a watering can can be more than decent.
In conclusion, we describe some of the most popular additional modes found in shower heads:
— "Massage" — one or more powerful, dense jets;
— "Turbo" — an analogue of massage, but, usually, with one jet, very powerful;
— "Sauna" — spraying a jet into fine mist, so that the skin is treated not only with water, but also with an air stream;
— "Champagne" — soft jets saturated with air bubbles;
— "Economy" — a special mode that reduces water consumption without much loss of efficiency.
These and other modes can be used both by themselves and in various combinations.
