In accordance with the name, "stainless steel" perfectly resists corrosion; in addition, it is very durable and reliable, tolerates heat normally (even a hot frying pan can be placed in such a sink), is hygienic (does not have pores and does not absorb dirt), has a solid appearance, and is relatively inexpensive. Among the disadvantages of this material, it is worth noting a rather high level of noise when a water jet falls (however, in expensive sinks, noise-absorbing pads can be used to correct the situation), as well as a tendency to stains, which is why such sinks must be cleaned periodically.
