Electric mills

 

— a device for grinding peppers and other similar condiments. It is used and functions in the same way as a conventional mill (see the relevant paragraph), however, the grinding mechanism in this case is not driven manually, but with the help of an electric motor. Due to this, electric mills are extremely easy to use: to dispense a portion of spices, you do not need to twist anything, just press a button. On the other hand, such devices are noticeably heavier and more expensive than traditional hand mills, and their operation requires batteries, which must be additionally monitored and changed as the charge is used up.
