Porcelain food containers
— porcelain containers are closer in properties and use to tableware than to classic food containers. They, usually, have a rather neat and attractive appearance; it is not a shame to put such a container on the table even during a festive feast. In addition, this material normally tolerates contact with hot and sour food; food can be stored in porcelain containers for an arbitrarily long time. But it is not recommended to transport food in such containers — they are fragile and even more sensitive to shock than glass ones. Another disadvantage of porcelain is its high cost.
